HRBP Assistant with Chinese Role Purpose Support the HR Business Partner responsible for Huawei Spain's Tech business, ensuring smooth coordination, efficient HR operations, and effective communication between local teams and headquarters in China. Provide operational support to the HRBP across all HR processes: training, performance management, promotions, and talent development.



Facilitate bilingual communication (Chinese–Spanish/English) with internal teams, managers, and HQ stakeholders. Assist in HR projects related to culture, employee engagement, employer branding, and internal events. Coordinate meetings, agendas, and presentations for the HRBP and business leaders. Prepare basic HR analytics using Excel/Sheets to support dashboards and KPIs. Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) for daily interaction with HQ. Fluent Spanish & English. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or a related field. Previous internship or up to 1 year of experience in HR, administration, or support roles.
