We are hiring committed, dynamic, goal-oriented professionals with a strong command of English to join our teaching team.

The role

- On-site in Pamplona (close to the historic city centre and the universities)
- Part-time: approximately 20–25 hours per week
- Commitment of one academic year
- Start ASAP; applications reviewed on a rolling

In-depth knowledge of English grammar, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new applications and systems




- Knowledge of Spanish is not required but is a strong asset
- Zoom host experience (breakout rooms, multiple screen sharing, classroom control) is a plus for occasional online/hybrid delivery

Responsibilities

- Assess class and student levels and personalise resources accordingly
- Mediate groups and motivate students to reach their goals using the Georgetown Method
- Design and deliver dynamic, purpose-driven activities that encourage communication and effective learning
- Deliver high-quality professional classes
- Evaluate and document student progress (grammar, vocabulary, reading, listening, writing, and speaking) and build tailored plans using the Georgetown Method
- Document and report class and student progress to the Dean and Administration

All new hires receive training — theoretical and practical — to become ALTEA-certified teachers and deliver engaging classes with both an academic and a professional focus.
