An established business in the commercial sector is currently seeking an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant to join its showroom team in Santa Ponça, Calvià. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for visitors and manage core office operations in a professional, dynamic setting.

Your responsibilities will cover both front-desk client relations and organizational office duties:

- Welcome and advise clients directly in the showroom
- Organize day-to-day office routines and coordinate appointment schedules
- Handle administrative paperwork and process correspondence
- Maintain, update, and manage customer database records
- Support general sales and service processes

Your profile and qualifications:





- High proficiency in German and an intermediate level of English
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle for commuting
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is valued
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

What the position offers:

- Permanent employment contract (contrato fijo)
- Stable full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30
- A gross annual salary of 22,100 EUR plus additional sales commissions
