this role is designed for you.You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving post-sale issues, and clarifying payment discrepancies for our Brazilian clients—mainly via phone and email.

Maintaining accurate account records, prompt follow-up on payment reminders, and ensuring all actions comply with Agilent’s policies are key aspects of the job.This impactful position covers a portfolio of up to $4 million, with direct influence on Agilent’s financial performance through reduced overdue invoices and improved payment behaviors.
