As a Vice President Legal & CoSec in the Client Service department, reporting to our Managing Director in Spain, you will collaborate on projects/work closely with a team of experienced and dynamic professionals who provide premium/superior corporate secretarial services to clients worldwide.



Y ou will work primarily with fund management companies to provide critical support to the client companies in their corporate investment structures and you will also help them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.. ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
- Overall supervision of the designated portfolio of clients ensuring that all client queries and requests are processed and completed in a timely manner, efficiently and qualitatively;
- Fully responsible for all legal and corporate matters for client companies involved in Real Estate serviced by the Corporate Secretarial team;
- Maintain a portfolio of client entities and ensure the entities are kept in good standing and comply with laws and regulations, including any regulatory requirements;
