About the Role
Moodle is looking for an organised and proactive Legal Administrator to provide operational and administrative support to our global Legal Team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will help manage legal requests, contract workflows, records and deadlines across commercial contracts, corporate transactions, data privacy, intellectual property and other legal matters.
You will keep work moving by maintaining accurate systems, coordinating documents and signatures, and following up with internal and external stakeholders. This is a legal support role and does not involve providing legal advice or independently negotiating or approving legal terms.
What You’ll Do
Most days in this role usually involve a mix of:
- Triage incoming legal and contract requests, check that the required information has been provided, and assign or escalate matters to the appropriate Legal Team member
- Prepare approved templates, standard forms, routine correspondence and signature packs for legal review
- Maintain accurate contract and matter records, version histories, trackers, status updates and key dates across the relevant systems
- Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, electronic signatures and filing of final executed agreements
- Track renewal, expiry, notice, filing and response deadlines, and follo
