As AI-Native Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of the platform, ensuring that business objectives, technical quality, and delivery milestones are successfully achieved.



You will work closely with architects, engineers, business stakeholders, and AI-enabled development teams to establish efficient ways of working, remove delivery obstacles, and continuously improve how software is designed and delivered in an AI-first environment.

This role combines delivery leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and team coordination within a fast-paced and evolving technology landscape.

What You Do

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Payco platform, ensuring successful execution against agreed timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.
- Coordinate a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, product stakeholders, and AI-assisted development workflows to deliver scalable payment, collection, and financial solutions.
