We're looking for a Web Operations Manager to join us in Madrid. Belari is a Spanish-born, digital-native bathroom brand founded in 2025 to reclaim the bathroom as a space of design, personality and style. Backed by a strong and experienced investor, our ambition is to become the leading European bathroom brand — the Kave Home or Sklum of bathrooms.

We're currently a team of 6 people — small, senior, ambitious and fast-moving. Everything you do will have a direct and visible impact on the brand from day one.

Your mission

Own Belari's Shopify backend and become the engine behind our catalogue, content and website operations as we scale across Europe.

You'll turn complex workflows into scalable systems: structuring products, managing translations, building automations and keeping the entire Shopify ecosystem running with precision and speed.

We value raw structural talent, automation mindset and obsession with content quality more than years of Shopify-specific experience. If you haven't worked with Shopify before but excel at structuring, automating and producing content at scale — we'll teach you our stack.

️ Part 1 — Product & Catalogue

- Mass-upload and structure new products in Shopify using any process that gets the job done: CSVs, scripts, Matrixify, Claude Code, Claude Cowork.
- Configure variants, options, metafields, SEO and assets — clean and consistent.
- Keep the catalogue pristine: collections, tags, no broken variants.
- Build templates and small automations (Excel, Sheets scripts, Shopify Flow, AI workflows) to stop doing the same thing twice.

Part 2 — Translations & Multi-Locale

- Own translation workflows across all locales.
- Build scalable AI-assisted workflows for translation and QA.




- Coordinate native reviews and maintain consistency across markets.

Part 3 — Shopify Operations

- Design and maintain metafield, metaobject and collection structure.
- Manage static pages, blog, FAQs, policies — propose, build, ship.
- Manage the Shopify app stack — install, configure, troubleshoot.

Profile

- 1–3 years in content, catalogue or data operations roles in e-commerce or digital, in any backend stack (we'll teach you our Shopify setup).
- Advanced Excel / Sheets — formulas, regex, mass data manipulation, building Shopify-ready imports from messy data.
- Working command of AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT) for content production and automation at scale — you know how to design prompts, build reusable skills and chain workflows.
- Obsessive attention to detail — you notice the missing alt text on row 47.
- Self-driven and process-oriented — you build templates, you document, you systematize.
- Spanish fluent. English B2 minimum.

Big plus: basic Python, JavaScript or Apps Script for automation. Previous experience with Shopify, Matrixify or similar bulk-operation tools. Any track record of automating something tedious that nobody else wanted to automate.
