This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid, Spain, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What You Will Do
- Act as the global technical reference for sand core making processes within HORSE Technologies.
- Define and validate core making processes for new aluminum casting parts. Develop, review, and deploy process standards, best practices, and technical specifications.
- Support general manufacturing sites and casting suppliers to achieve QCD targets.
- Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis for core-related defects
- Drive innovation projects in core making technologies (e.g., inorganic binders, automation).
- Collaborate with design engineering to ensure product-process compatibility.
