We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.
At Seedtag, we lead the way in contextual advertising with our machine learning-powered platform. Our technology provides superior brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful. Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we’ve grown to over 600 Seedtaggers across 18 countries, raising €250M to revolutionize digital advertising.
Campaign management – Execute and optimize campaigns, ensuring performance meets client and internal objectives.
Team management – Oversee and develop a small team, setting and monitoring objectives while providing guidance and training.
Process adherence – Ensure team compliance with operational best practices and workflows, proactively providing feedback for continuous improvement
Ensure that the team is consistently providing quantitative and qualitative data to the Client Success team, assisting in the correct interpretation of metrics and issue resolution.
