Overview Immediate repairs. We are looking for an Aircraft Interiors Project Manager to lead the joint venture between Aeron U00e1utica Gesti f3n (AG) andJetSupport in Amsterdam. The Project Manager will be the key figure in operational, technical, and commercial integration, acting as the focal point between: Customers/Operators JetSupport MCC AG Headquarters (Madrid) Local JV technicians This is a strategic position with a high level of responsibility and visibility, focused on ensuring the quality, profitability, and growth of the JV. Responsibilities Operations & Workshop Coordination Daily planning and prioritization of interior work Coordination and direct supervision of JV technicians Distribution of workload, shifts, and overtime Decision on work to be performed locally vs. transfer to AG Madrid Final acceptance of work performed before RTS Management of tools, machinery, warehouse, and consumables Quality & Compliance Responsible for compliance with AG quality standards Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory procedures Identification and escalation of quality deviations Coordination with AG Quality and Part 145 / DOA when necessary Commercial Management & Customer Relations Daily coordination with JetSupport MCC (aircraft arrivals) Aircraft interior inspections (on-site) Identification of opportunities for: Immediate repairs, Medium refurbishments,
Complete cabin projects Direct communication with owners, operators, and representatives Preparation and issuance of offers within pre-approved limits Active support for the commercial development of the JV Financial Control & Reporting Monitoring of profitability by project Detection of deviations from budget Regular reporting to the JV Committee Monitoring of operational and quality KPIs Administration & Basic HR Validation of timesheets Expense control Basic coordination with AG Human Resources department Team vacation planning What are we looking for? You are a Technical or engineering degree (aeronautical, industrial, mechanical, or similar) with a high proficiency in English (minimum C1) and Advanced Office Automation (Excel, reporting, planning). Experience Technical project management in an aeronautical environment Proven experience coordinating technical teams Other High availability (operation dependent on aircraft) Decision-making ability Independent, organized, and results-oriented profile Desirable Knowledge of interior materials (wood, leather, composites, paint) Previous experience in: Business Aviation On-site cabin support Multi-company environments Commercial experience / direct customer contact Experience in cost control #J-18808-Ljbffr
