and RFQ drafting * Engage in customer-facing interactions and coordinate SMEs for bid inputs * Analyze RFQs and recommend BID/NO BID decisions at preliminary stages * Define bid execution strategy aligned with selling strategy and target price * Prepare risk analyses and mitigation plans with SMEs * Manage offer including technical, purchasing, contractual, and cash flow aspects * Facilitate interfaces and compliance discussions, raise client questions * Lead contract negotiation in collaboration with Opportunity Pursuit Leader * Oversee tender performance via KPIs and margins, and conduct lessons learned * Contribute to quotation tooling improvements and participate in TM Community of Practice Requisitos principales * Master degree in Electrical Engineering (or related) * Strong technical background in Electrical Distribution Solutions and Control Systems * Minimum 2 years of bid/proposals experience * Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and communicate clearly * Ability to influence stakehold
