Role Overview
We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments. This role requires flexibility for on-call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.
Key Responsibilities

~ Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)

~ Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management

~ Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues

~ Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions

~ Provide on-call incident response support

~ Work with general teams on cloud and infrastructure projects

~ Maintain system documentation

Required Skills & Experience





~5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering

~ Strong experience with Nutanix stack

~ Knowledge of VMware or Hyper-V

~ Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)

~ Experience with DR and backup tools

~ Scripting (PowerShell/Python) is advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher)
CCNA

~ Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP

~ Automation tools knowledge (Ansible, Terraform)

Soft Skills

~ Strong communication skills (Local language & English preferred)

~ Ability to handle critical incidents

~ Team-oriented and proactive
