Senior Business Development Specialist - Payment Systems Team
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our Payment Systems Team. Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships for corporate accounts, client operational accounts, and high-volume banking rails.
Alternative Payment Systems & Crypto Expand and manage relationships with general PSPs, local payment methods, card acquirers, and cryptocurrency payment gateways.
Commercials, Integration & Performance Negotiation & Cost Optimization Leverage a deep understanding of financial ecosystems, transaction fees, and partner cost structures to negotiate optimal pricing, rolling reserves, and settlement conditions.




Integration & Lifecycle Maintenance Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of payment integrations—from initial partner outreach through technical testing, onboarding, and ongoing maintenance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Internal Finance, Compliance, Legal, and IT/Engineering teams to ensure smooth PSP/Bank onboarding, bug resolution, and high system availability.
Market Intelligence & Analytics Continuously monitor global market trends, customer payment preferences, and transactional analytics to boost conversion rates and operational efficiency.
Quality and Compliance Control ensure proper quality of payment solutions onboarded (operational effectiveness will be measured by high transaction approval rate, sufficiency of volume capacity, and operational speed). Control and ensure that payment solutions onboarded meet compliance criteria.
Track Record Solid background in payment management, business development, financial sales, or procurement within the financial services industry.
Languages Fluent in English.
