Overview

In this role you will own renewal strategy for strategic accounts, securing ongoing contract revenue and supporting new sales within existing buying centers. You will coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and drive successful renewals, contributing to a stable revenue base. You’ll manage the renewal lifecycle and provide insights to mitigate high-risk accounts. This position offers collaboration with cross-functional teams and the opportunity to strengthen client value realization at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Own renewal strategy for assigned strategic accounts and execute renewal plans
- Provide monthly risk-focused reports with turnaround strategies
- Ensure client training and product utilization through collaboration with Product Training Specialist
- Oversee renewal lifecycle (pricing, contracting, invoicing,



and support) to address client concerns promptly
- Support new sales into existing accounts to maximize client ROI
- Identify opportunities for increased revenue within accounts (upselling/cross-selling) and coordinate with sales team

Requisitos principales

- Min 2-4 years of proven success in customer engagement or sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite & Google Drive
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English and at least one of Italian, Spanish or French
