As Technical Product Manager, you bridge advanced engineering and fraud management outcomes, shaping the platform from traditional rules-based and AI/ML capabilities to detect, investigate, and resolve fraud with minimal human intervention. You will align the technical roadmap with strategy, work closely with engineering and UX, and translate customer needs into scalable, secure cloud-native solutions. This role offers impact across telecom fraud typologies, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help drive a mission to empower seamless, fraud-free digital journeys.

Responsabilidades
- Define and own the technical roadmap for FMS aligning with strategy and market evolution
- Prioritize capabilities based on customer value and business impact
- Lead 0-to-1 feature development and scale/optimize capabilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, platform architects,



and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specs
- Lead technical discovery sessions, write PRDs with acceptance criteria, and manage trade-offs
- Partner with architects to design scalable, secure, cloud-native solutions
- Develop deep telecom fraud domain expertise and identify evolving patterns
- Conduct customer interviews and advisory sessions to capture pain points
- Translate customer needs into AI-powered product solutions to reduce false positives and improve recovery rates
- Define and track product metrics; use analytics, A/B testing, and dashboards to guide iterations
- Own revenue and adoption accountability for FMS features

Requisitos principales
- Deep familiarity with fraud detection architectures: real-time streaming, rule engines, threshold management, case lifecycle, reporting
- Understanding of telecom data structures: CDRs, signaling data (SS7, Diameter), and network topology
- Knowledge of fraud
