Key Responsibilities- Lead projects from development, planning and approvals through construction, execution and handover.- Manage architects, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.- Oversee project budgets, timelines, quality, risk and regulatory compliance.- Coordinate with local authorities and key stakeholders.- Drive successful execution and delivery of major real estate projects.Requirements- 10+ years’ experience in real estate development, construction, planning and project execution.- Proven experience in Costa del Sol / Spain.- Strong background in both development and construction.- Must have personally managed execution of at least one major project, not only design/planning.- Fluent Spanish is mandatory.- GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory.- Candidates should not require work permit sponsorship.- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.
