In this role you will manage a set of assigned accounts and drive sales for HPE Networking in Africa. You will build and forecast a data-driven pipeline, develop account plans, and collaborate with field sales and partners to close opportunities. You will understand client needs and position HPE solutions to support retention and growth. The position offers onsite work with a strong emphasis on cross-functional teamwork and a meaningful impact on regional growth.

Responsabilidades
- Manage a defined set of accounts and drive revenue for networking solutions
- Create and execute account plans for medium to high complexity opportunities
- Generate, qualify and review new leads to move deals to closure




- Understand client requirements and position HPE solutions to meet needs
- Build targeted sales pipeline and provide data-driven forecasts
- Collaborate with field sales, channel partners or end customers to close opportunities

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/Sales)
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient account management, acquisition, retention and development xqbhyrx skills
- Proficient understanding of IT/industry solutions and HPE portfolios
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems or Salesforce
- Ability to collaborate within a team and lead sub-teams if needed
