As our SMB sales & account management team keeps growing, the back office needs someone dedicated to keeping it running — onboarding, CRM, documentation, tickets,



and the day-to-day coordination between clients and internal teams — so the Team Lead and front-line reps can stay focused on selling and managing accounts.

This is a first-role-in-sales kind of seat. You don't need to have done this before: you'll ramp up with close guidance from your Team Lead, learn how sales, operations and payments fit together from the inside, and build the foundations for a career in sales ops.

What you'll actually do
- Support customer onboarding and activation — preparing contracts, documentation and data collection alongside your Team Lead
- Coordinate installations and follow-ups so new clients go live smoothly
- Keep CRM data clean, consistent and up to date across the pipeline
- Help Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day account requests
- Log and track incidents, escalate to the right team, and keep clients updated as issues get resolved
