BarcelonaKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of Content Enablement product Authoring & Taxonomy solutions across the content lifecycle.Lead end-to-end delivery of Anthill Activator capabilities (Modular Content, RTE, iCVA, taxonomy and content distribution configurations).Manage delivery of platforms Authoring & Taxonomy application.

Own delivery roadmap execution for Authoring & Taxonomy related initiatives & enhancements.Drive program and project execution ensuring scope, timeline, quality, and budget adherence.

Coordinate across cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, vendors, and business stakeholders.Ensure alignment with novartis standards and governance processes.

Drive Agile/DevOps delivery practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution proactively.

Support vendor management and contract execution.Ensure compliance with regulatory,
