Overview

In this role you enable technical teams to work confidently with Generative AI and Agentic AI. You will create and deliver demos, workshops, and coaching focused on AWS Bedrock, Python, Terraform, and CI/CD, helping teams reskill and become autonomous. You’ll collaborate with experts, mentors, and cross-functional colleagues to align with company standards and drive practical AI adoption. Responsabilidades

- Deliver technical demos, workshops, and coaching sessions on AWS Bedrock and Agentic AI




- Support technology teams through AI reskilling journeys and learner progression
- Collaborate with technical experts to understand and promote company standards
- Follow up with learner groups and answer technical questions to enable autonomous development
- Contribute to ongoing AI enablement initiatives and knowledge sharing
- Mentor and guide teams through training and capacity-building efforts

Requisitos principales

- Solid experience with AWS services, ideally including AWS Bedrock
- Proficiency in Python
- Understanding of Agentic AI and Generative AI foundations
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD practices, and the Software Development Lifecycle
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities
- Experience supporting technical teams through training, workshops, demos, or coaching
