in real estate development, construction, planning and project execution. Proven experience in
Costa del Sol / Spain . Strong background in both
development and construction . Must have
personally managed execution of at least one major project , not only design/planning. Fluent Spanish is mandatory. GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Candidates should
not require work permit sponsorship . Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Real Estate or related field preferred.
