We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented architect to join our design team within the real estate development business, focusing on boutique hospitality assets. You will work across all design stages with a focus on technical development - from RIBA Stage 3 through construction, ensuring that the project's quality, constructability, and coordination are preserved throughout. Personal engagement in RIBA 3-5 will be around 75%, with early-stage design support and feasibility input up to 25%. We expect you to be highly proficient in Revit (including parametric families, freeform modeling, and terrain modeling), with strong BIM coordination experience. Rhino, AutoCAD, and Enscape are a plus.
