- Build and nurture relationships with Croatia’s most important fleet owners, including key-account owners representing over 2,600 displayed boats- Secure availability, pricing quality, calendar accuracy, and fast response times- Drive activation and conversion by improving owner response behaviour and booking acceptance- Improve listing quality, including pictures, descriptions, pricing, extras, and cancellation policy- Prepare the fleet for peak season before June and clean up inactive or low-quality inventory- Optimize revenue through high-value categories, commission alignment, pricing consistency, and upsell opportunities- Lead onboarding of new owners- Contribute to Instant Booking activation, new verticals acquisition, and owner-tool optimization projects- Build market intelligence across Split, Zadar, Dubrovnik, Istria, and Šibenik- Adapt account management approaches based on product type and region- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care teamsRequirements- Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken- At least 1 year of experience in account management, sales,
