In this role you will drive the hands-on planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns for the US and Canada from Barcelona. You will work across multiple lines of business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results and support broader NAM paid search initiatives. Expect to analyze performance, run A/B tests, manage audiences, and keep campaigns efficient while adapting to platform changes. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Execute and manage day-to-day PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for the US and Canadian markets
• Implement campaign changes including ad copy updates, keyword additions and exclusions, bid adjustments, and extension management
• Conduct regular Search Query Report (SQR)



analysis to identify negative keywords and new search term opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance daily, flagging anomalies and escalating issues to the Senior Paid Search Specialist
• Build and maintain performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders
• Support A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and targeting parameters, documenting results and recommendations
• Assist with audience management, including remarketing lists and audience segmentation across campaigns
• Support the implementation of GDN, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns as directed
• Assist with budget tracking and pacing, flagging overspend or under pacing risks in a timely manner
• Stay up to date with platform changes, new features, and paid search best practices

Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid search, managing campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
