As Marketing u0026amp; MAHE Director CE Iberia, you drive marketing, market access, and health economics for Spain and Portugal within Care Enablement. You lead a cross-functional team, shaping Iberia’s strategy across Home, In-Center, and Critical Care verticals, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities. You oversee go-to-market activities, digital marketing, and value-based initiatives to support growth and patient access. You collaborate with regional and integral teams to advance sustainable, innovative solutions and maintain compliance. This role offers broad regional impact within a global healthcare leader.

• Define and drive the Iberia Marketing u0026 MAHE strategy across Home, In-Center, and Critical Care verticals
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing team with coaching and performance management
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans across all CE verticals in Iberia
• Oversee product positioning, launches, and digital marketing initiatives; ensure communication alignment
• Support Sales with CRM optimization and effective execution of marketing plans
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to maximize market impact and synergies
• Develop health economics and value-based healthcare initiatives with stakeholder and KOL engagement
• Lead sustainability and value-focused projects with regional/global MAHE teams
• Monitor performance, market trends, and budget; implement corrective actions

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Life Sciences or Marketing; postgraduate qualifications advantageous
• Minimum 8 years in MedTech with leadership in Marketing and/or MAHE
• Fluent English; strong presentation skills in international environments
