Experteer Overview As a Professional Service Staff Consultant, you act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, designing and deploying secure, scalable Certificate Lifecycle Management, PKI, and Machine Identity Security solutions. You lead engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments, from discovery to enablement, coordinating with cross-functional teams. You translate complex requirements into practical architectures that improve security, visibility, and operational efficiency. - Operate within a focused team to safeguard large organizations using Machine Identity Security solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and self-hosted environments.
- Lead customer engagements from discovery through architecture, design, implementation, integration, automation, testing, and enablement.
- Deliver specialized workshops, demonstrations, and architecture sessions for technical and executive stakeholders.
- Evaluate current processes,



identify automation opportunities, and monitor MIM program success.
- Advocate for customers and act as SME across multiple accounts to achieve Machine Identity Security outcomes.
- Develop reusable patterns, blueprints, and best practices for customers and delivery teams.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with PANW teams, partners, and customer organizations.Responsabilidades
- Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience in large-scale enterprise IT.
- Strong business acumen to identify problems and articulate solutions.
- Extensive automation of Machine Identity Management using MIM platforms, APIs, adaptable framework, and connectors.
- Scripting and API proficiency for automation (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Proficiency with orchestration/CI‑CD tools (Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins).
- Excellent presentation and written communication for diverse stakeholders.
