Sateliot's People team is scaling the company from ~150 to ~300 people over the next couple of years, and this role is central to building the foundation that makes it possible. You'll stand up our occupational health & safety function — PRL — from scratch and execute it hands-on, while leading the HR operations engine that keeps hiring, contracts, payroll and international mobility running.





Reporting to the Chief People Officer and consolidating a team of 3-4 specialists, you'll take operational load off the leadership so strategy — not day-to-day admin — is where their focus goes. You're as comfortable running a risk assessment on a lab or hardware‑integration floor as you are giving structure to a team of experts.

What you'll do

- Build and execute Sateliot's PRL system from the ground up: risk assessments, preventive planning, and follow‑through across office, laboratory and hardware‑integration environments.
- Personally cover the technical prevention function (Safety and Occupational Hygiene; Ergonomics / Psychosocial a plus), and adapt it to new and soon‑to‑be regulated environments.
- Govern the external prevention service (SPA): set the criteria and hold it accountable rather than just processing what it sends — starting with health surveillance.
