We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the local marketing strategy and execution for Lucia Marbella, a restaurant and lifestyle concept within Nikki Beach Hospitality Group.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing and strengthening Lucia's presence in the Marbella market, translating the global brand identity into locally relevant campaigns, partnerships, events and digital initiatives.
Working closely with the restaurant's operational team and Nikki Beach Hospitality Group's global marketing team, this position will play an important role in building awareness, driving reservations and developing Lucia as a distinctive dining and lifestyle destination within Marbella.
The ideal candidate is creative, commercially minded and highly connected to the local hospitality and lifestyle scene,
with the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual and seasonal marketing plan for Lucia Marbella in alignment with the integral Lucia brand strategy.
- Establish and maintain Lucia's visual identity, tone of voice, storytelling and brand standards across all local touchpoints.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, restaurant activations, cultural moments, launches and special events.
- Build local awareness and position Lucia as a leading restaurant and lifestyle destination in Marbella.
- Work closely with the digital and social media teams to develop content and campaigns that increase engagement, awareness and reservations.
- Identify local content opportunities and coordinate photo and video production as required.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations with relevant luxury, fashion, music, art and lifestyle brands.
