The Human Resources Business Partner is a senior HR leader accountable for shaping and executing the people strategy within a defined country. This role partners closely with country and market leaders, global HR Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence to translate business priorities into practical, compliant, and measurable people outcomes. Success in this role is demonstrated through clear workforce plans, consistent execution of HR programs, strong employee engagement, and effective risk management aligned to local labor requirements.





What you will do
- Own and execute the country people strategy, aligning workforce priorities with business objectives and financial plans
- Act as the primary HR partner to country and market leadership, providing structured advice on talent, engagement, organization design, and performance topics
- Own country HR policies and processes, ensuring consistent application and continuous improvement
- Provide local expert guidance on complex employee relations, performance management, and workforce change matters
- Ensure compliance with country legislation and labor law, proactively identifying and mitigating people related risks
- Partner with global HR Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to deploy talent, learning, diversity, workforce planning, and total rewards programs
