Job Description
The
EPM Solution Engineer Lead
(SEL) is a position within the Corporate Information Technology (IT) team. SEL is responsible for the technical and functional development of Hyperion and related EPM products.
SEL ensures that applications are kept up to market standards in terms of coding, architecture and security. SEL must have extensive technological expertise in development life cycles and architecture.
SEL will be actively involved in development activities, ensuring that requirements specifications are thoroughly understood and validated. He/she analyses the impact of these specifications on functions and business solutions, providing support for their prioritization.
This role also supervises the maintenance of EPM applications, including metadata management, calculation scripts, business rules, reports and dashboards. SEL is responsible for managing business requests, gathering requirements and preparing implementation plans and system documentation. SEL also supports Service Managers by providing information or clarifications on incidents or requests as needed.
