* The successful applicant will join the Systems Engineering Department.
Audit and oversee suppliers to ensure full compliance with RTCA/DO-254 and RTCA/DO-178 standards, including process controls, traceability, validation/verification, Requirements-Based Engineering, Single Event Upset (SEU) control, and equipment robustness.
*Define and control the required hardware and software documentation packages to be delivered by suppliers at each development phase per RTCA/DO-254 and RTCA/DO-178.
*Work jointly with equipment designers, Quality, Certification, Qualification, Safety, and Design Office teams to achieve civil and military aircraft equipment certification.
*Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Systems, or a related discipline).
*Proven experience in Hardware Design Assurance and Software Design Assurance for aircraft equipment, including Complex Electronic Hardware (CEH) devices (such as ASICs, PLDs, and complex COTS components).
*Strong mastery of RTCA/DO-254 (Hardware) and RTCA/DO-178 (Software)

*Advanced level in English.
*Professional working proficiency in Spanish will be valued.
