As
People & Culture Business Partner (P&C; BP) Spain
, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the People & Culture strategy across our Barcelona and Madrid offices.

Working closely with local leadership and the wider P&C; organization, you will provide strategic and operational HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will contribute to organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, and continuous improvement, while ensuring our HR practices remain aligned with business needs and Spanish employment legislation.

This is a broad and hands-on role, covering recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance and talent management, employee relations, HR operations, compliance,



and culture initiatives.

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Partner with local management and the P&C; BP AG team throughout the recruitment process across all departments and seniority levels.
- Support effective talent attraction and recruitment strategies for the Spanish organization.
- Coordinate a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, including employment topics, health & safety requirements, and local benefits.

Compensation & Benefits
- Manage and coordinate local compensation and benefits processes.
- Support the review and optimization of salary structures, benefits, and employee perks.
- Contribute to job evaluation and organizational structures, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Coordinate with external HR partners on employment contracts, amendments, termination agreements, and other employment documentation.
