Someone who thrives in a dynamic, guest-facing role. As a Retreat Ambassador, you will be the face of the Retreat, ensuring that every interaction is warm, professional, and seamless. If you love attention to detail, anticipate needs, and enjoy making guests feel special, this role is for you.

Your responsibilities will include…
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, anticipating their needs and ensuring their comfort.
- Monitor seating availability and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in the Retreat lounge.
- Prepare and serve beverages (hot, cold, and alcoholic) according to quality standards.
- Keep the bar area, furniture, and utensils clean and in excellent condition.
- Manage stock levels for ice, glassware, and supplies, communicating replenishment needs promptly.
