Job Summary
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst - CRM, to lead business analysis on our most complex Veeva CRM engagements across the region. In this individual-contributor delivery role, you’ll act as the senior BA on multi-country implementations - owning requirements, solution design, and stakeholder relationships on the ground, and setting the standard for how business analysis is done on European engagements.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the Business Analyst on complex, multi-country Veeva CRM engagements across Europe, setting the standard for requirements quality and solution design.
- Partner with business stakeholders across multiple European markets to understand their goals, challenges, and business processes, reconciling local needs with pan-European CRM strategy.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops for complex, multi-country engagements and ensure business needs are translated into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Design future-state business processes and recommend best practices using Veeva CRM, accounting for country-specific regulatory and commercial nuances across the EU.
