Join a general Customer Experience Operations team supporting clients in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. In this role, you’ll combine analytical thinking, numerical skills, and customer focus to resolve operational challenges. You’ll investigate invoice queries, troubleshoot platform issues, and manage client cases from start to finish. Your ability to identify patterns and connect the dots will help uncover process gaps and drive meaningful improvements. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams while ensuring clients receive clear and effective support. Accountabilities:

As an Operations Associate, you’ll take ownership of client-facing operational cases, balancing accuracy, empathy,



and efficiency while working across teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries accurately, providing clients with clear and reliable information.
- Manage client inquiries end-to-end, taking responsibility for each case through to resolution.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams to resolve complex issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Analyse client queries, patterns, and trends to identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and guide clients and employees through appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain clear, practical knowledge documentation for both clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritising effectively while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy.
