In this role you build and strengthen technical partnerships with engineers, installers, distributors, and clients in the Plumbing and HVAC sector. You will promote Watts systems, provide high-level technical support, and deliver presentations and training to support adoption and specification. You’ll monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform portfolio and positioning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new projects and commercial objectives. This position offers a hands-on, impact-focused path to shape specification activities and grow the business in Spain and Portugal.

Responsabilidades

- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Plumbing and HVAC sector
- Promote specification and adoption of Watts products and solutions
- Provide high-level technical and application support, product presentations, and training




- Act as a trusted advisor with deep understanding of Watts products and applications
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform portfolio development and market positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic projects and sales initiatives
- Support development of new projects and drive specification activities
- Support business growth through market intelligence and competitive analysis

Requisitos principales

- Consolidated experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of the HVAC sector (channels, products, applications)
- Strong xkdbapo interpersonal disposition
- Willingness to travel frequently in Spain and Portugal
- Good familiarity with IT systems
- Spanish mother tongue, good English and Portuguese preferably
- Degree in engineering or technical disciplines
- Residence in the Barcelona Area
