This role will involve a blend of administrative, operational, and employee-facing duties within a dynamic and integral organization.How you’ll make an impact- Administer and maintain HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.- Process new hire onboarding, including background checks, offer letter generation, and new employee orientation coordination.- Support employee relations by assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to senior HR personnel.- Manage employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and communication of benefit programs.- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing support for performance improvement plans.- Coordinate and support various HR projects and initiatives, such as training programs, employee engagement activities, and policy updates.- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.- Maintain confidential employee records and information with the utmost discretion.- Collaborate effectively with other HR team members and departments across the organization.Your background- Business Administration, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably within a large, multinational organization.- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and relevant employment laws.- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.G., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
