Overview

As a Project Manager, you orchestrate end-to-end delivery for a high-visibility vehicle data platform. You’ll align engineering, product, and partner teams to plan, track, and deliver initiatives for dealerships, lenders, marketplaces, and enterprise platforms. You troubleshoot blockers, manage external stakeholders, and ensure timely, quality outcomes. This role blends hands-on coordination with client engagement to drive reliable delivery and continuous process improvement. You will be the trusted liaison who translates requirements into actionable work and keeps programs on track.

Responsabilidades

- End-to-end project planning, scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and milestone tracking across multiple initiatives
- Develop and maintain roadmaps, plans, and status updates for cross-functional alignment
- Primary point of contact for external clients and partners, managing expectations and delivery timelines
- Identify, triage, and resolve risks, blockers, and technical issues with the right stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear ownership of action items
- Translate business/client requirements into structured plans and executable tasks
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality; escalate issues to prevent delivery impact
- Maintain thorough documentation (charters, status reports, decision logs, client materials)




- Collaborate with engineering to address bottlenecks and process gaps; drive continuous improvement
- Support post-project reviews and refine project management tools and processes
- Lead client-facing status updates and business reviews with clarity and professionalism
- Surface risks with mitigation plans and realistic timelines; manage competing client priorities
- Coordinate troubleshooting with technical teams and document client feedback for scope updates

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years managing technical projects in software/data/platform environments
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proven troubleshooting capability across engineering and cross-functional teams
- Experience working directly with external clients or partners and handling difficult conversations
- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Familiarity with APIs, cloud environments, and data pipelines
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and reporting
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
