Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee configuration and data governance for combat simulation programs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain baselines and ensure compliance. You will lead change control activities and manage documentation templates, storage, release, and archiving across projects. You will collaborate to align configuration, data requirements, and change control, while producing CMPs and DMPs and supporting PBS maintenance. This position offers growth in a high-security, engineering-driven environment shaping simulation programs.

• Manage configuration control, data management, and change management data with stakeholders
• Lead Change Control Board (CCB) processes
• Maintain configuration baselines for documentation, hardware and software
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements
• Prepare and maintain project document templates
• Ensure proper documentation lifecycle: storage, release, distribution, archiving and tool usage (JIRA/Confluence)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align configuration, data requirements, and change control




• Create and maintain Configuration Management Plans (CMP) and Data Management Plans (DMP)
• Assist in creating and maintaining Product Breakdown Structure (PBS)
• Verify and facilitate data exchange between industry and customer databases
• Perform configuration verification and audits

Responsabilidades
• Completed degree or comparable qualification
• Proven experience in configuration and data management (preferably in training and flight simulation)
• Knowledge of configuration and data management tools and principles (5 years)
• Knowledge of Atlassian Tools, Subversion, Office Suite
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Structured and detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Familiarity with combat programs and simulators (highly desirable)
