At Grifols SA, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager, reporting directly to the company's Senior Real Estate Manager, responsible for managing all properties at both the national and international levels.

What your responsibilities will be

You will manage and oversee the real estate property portfolio, including cost negotiations, contract monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date information in the database.





You will negotiate lease contracts and renegotiations.

You will identify real estate opportunities.

You will foster strong relationships between internal stakeholders, Landlords & Brokers.

You will oversee the administration and management of real estate assets.

You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the property portfolio to ensure company objectives are met.

You will optimize space utilization.

You will monitor properties across international subsidiaries.
