In this role, you lead multi-market organic search and AI-driven visibility for N26, blending technical SEO, content strategy, and data analytics. You collaborate across Marketing, Data, Product, and Content to scale the European footprint and establish N26 as a trusted AI and traditional search authority. You will shape AI discovery strategies, optimize semantics and structured data, and monitor performance to drive sign-ups and brand equity. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a strong impact on growth and leadership in AI-enabled search.

• Define and scale the multi-market organic search roadmap across Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Austria, and pan-Europe
• Lead Technical SEO with Product and Web Engineering to ensure site health, speed, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, dynamic rendering, and multilingual architecture (hreflang)
• Develop high-intent content strategies with Product Marketing and Brand for localized, compliant fintech content targeting high-intent keywords
• Develop GEO and AI search strategies to maximize brand recommendations and positive sentiment in AI-driven answers
• Manage Knowledge Graph and entity relationships, optimize structured data and external references for LLMs
• Establish benchmarks for AI voice share and SoAIV,



tracking against competitors in conversational search
• Deliver dashboards tracking organic traffic, sign-ups, and keyword/entity rankings
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on title tags, semantic markup, content structuring, and internal linking to improve CRO and crawl efficiency
• Monitor algorithm updates, AI model shifts, and regulatory changes to adapt growth tactics

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience in high-growth tech, fintech, or large-scale consumer digital products across multi-language markets
• Proven understanding of LLM ingestion, indexing, and citation for AI platforms
• Strong HTML/CSS, technical SEO auditing tools (Screaming Frog, log analysis), dynamic rendering, and structured data implementation
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush; SQL/Python/R a plus for data analysis and API integrations
• Fluent written and spoken English; professional proficiency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is a strong advantage
