Overview

As a Senior BI Analyst at JLL, you will define and deliver data and analytics products that convert complex data into actionable insights. You join a BI team supporting a Tier One client, bringing strong technical and analytical skills to wrangle data, build visualizations, and govern data quality. Your work will shape data-driven decisions across the organization and help embed analytics within the business. This role offers the opportunity to evolve domain expertise while advancing technical excellence in a integral real estate context.

Responsabilidades

- Lead design, development, and implementation of Data & BI products (dashboards, reports, analytic tools) to drive insight-driven decisions
- Build, optimize, and support automated data pipelines and integration processes for robust, standardized data delivery
- Perform exploratory data mining and deep-dive analysis on large/complex datasets to identify trends and performance drivers
- Translate qualitative client feedback and quantitative results into structured, actionable business recommendations
- Design and implement data quality, standardisation, and governance controls to maintain high-quality data products
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries,



SOPs, and best-practice standards to embed data products in the business
- Ensure dashboards and reports adhere to corporate brand standards and utilize brand portal resources
- Partner with business leaders and operations teams to frame challenges and create analytics roadmaps
- Communicate complex technical concepts and data limitations effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Requisitos principales

- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Advisory, or technically-focused consulting
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and data prep
- Expert-level experience building production-grade dashboards in Tableau
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and intermediate knowledge of low-code ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to synthesize data into compelling business narratives
- Fluent English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant quantitative fields
