Overview

In this role you help translate ambitious goals into measurable outcomes within the Grow & Engage domain for Subscriptions. You work as a strategic partner to leadership, bridging strategy and execution to drive customer value and revenue growth. You will manage external initiatives, optimize performance against KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to unblock complex, high-impact topics. This is a hands-on role at a fast-growing fintech with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and operational discipline.

Responsabilidades

- Lead project management of external initiatives to operationalize partnerships
- Own partnership operations and daily execution to establish discipline
- Drive KPI discipline with regular performance reviews and progress tracking
- Monitor product KPIs, unit economics, and SLA delivery for partners
- Identify growth opportunities through ad-hoc deep dives to shape the Subscriptions roadmap




- Develop deep understanding of business drivers, requirements, infrastructure, and processes
- Act as central connector across Product, Tech, Data, Legal, Growth, and Finance to align stakeholders and resolve blockers
- Translate strategy into concrete, actionable plans with measurable impact

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 3 years of experience in fintech, banking, consulting, or startups
- Bachelor’s degree as stated
- Proven experience making data-driven recommendations and leading cross-functional projects
- Strong problem-solving ability to structure analyses and derive insights
- Independent data sourcing, analysis, and storytelling to stakeholders
- Fluent in English
- Genuine interest in banking/fintech industry
