Role Purpose:

As Head of Operations, South West Europe, you will lead and align operations across six international markets - Spain, Italy, France, the UK, the Netherlands and Belgium. Based in Barcelona, you will drive operational excellence, regional collaboration and continuous improvement while partnering with senior business leaders to deliver scalable, high-performing operations that support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the operational alignment and execution across six South West Europe markets, ensuring consistent standards, governance and performance

Partner with senior stakeholders, including VP, EVP and Board-level leaders, to shape operational strategy and drive regional priorities

Lead and develop large international Operations teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement

Drive operational transformation through process optimization, innovation and the implementation of scalable solutions across people, processes and systems

Define and monitor regional KPIs, identify improvement opportunities and ensure operational excellence across all markets

Build strong partnerships with local leadership teams to balance regional consistency with local business needs
