About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect to join a growing CPQ and AI-focused practice.

In this hands-on role, you will design, develop and extend CPQ and Quote-to-Order solutions within ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflows, working across Sales and Order Management (SOM), Customer Service Management (CSM) and the Logik.ai-powered CPQ platform.

The idóneo candidate combines strong ServiceNow development expertise with experience building AI-enabled solutions using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio. Experience with CPQ solutions is highly valued, although Logik.ai knowledge can be developed on the job.

Location & Work Model

- Madrid, Spain
- Hybrid model (2-3 days per week onsite)
- Office location: C/ María de Molina
- Candidates already based in Madrid are preferred
- Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00
- Contract duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and configure solutions across ServiceNow SOM, CSM and CPQ platforms.
- Build and extend Logik.ai-powered CPQ capabilities, including product configuration, pricing logic and order orchestration.
- Develop AI-enabled solutions using Now Assist and AI Agent Studio.
- Integrate ServiceNow solutions with CRM, ERP, billing and other enterprise platforms using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Develop scoped applications, business rules, Script Includes, flows and UI components following ServiceNow best practices.
- Translate business requirements related to products, pricing and sales processes into scalable platform solutions.
- Contribute to technical design, estimations and architecture decisions.
- Support and mentor developers while promoting technical excellence and reusable standards.

Required Experience





- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience delivering solutions within ServiceNow CRM and Industry Workflows.
- Experience with Sales & Order Management (SOM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Product Catalogue or Order Management.
- Hands-on experience building AI capabilities on the ServiceNow platform, including Now Assist, AI Agent Studio, AI Agents, Virtual Agent or Predictive Intelligence.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow development skills, including GlideRecord, Business Rules, Script Includes and ACLs.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and scoped application development.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth/JWT authentication.
- Experience with UI Builder, Now Experience or Service Portal.
- Experience with Git, source control and Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Certifications

Mandatory

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Preferred
- CIS-CSM or equivalent CRM-focused ServiceNow certification.

Nice to Have

- Logik.ai experience.
- CPQ domain expertise.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, Conga, PROS or Tacton.
- Knowledge of Agentic AI, MCP integrations or multi-agent orchestration.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Telecommunications, High-Tech, Industrial or Medical Devices sectors

- Spanish: Professional working proficiency
