This is an opportunity to take on a role where your BIM expertise goes beyond model coordination. You’ll help shape digital delivery, improve collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and influence how projects are delivered across international markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM delivery and develop workflows that improve multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) .
- Coordinate multidisciplinary models using Revit, Navisworks and Solibri .
- Support project teams with BIM standards, processes and digital workflows.
- Manage information environments and ensure project information is accessible and structured effectively.
- Review models, identify issues and provide practical recommendations to improve quality and efficiency.
- Share BIM knowledge and best practice with colleagues across the wider business.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital engineering processes and standards.
What we're looking for
- Experience working with BIM within MEP design, engineering or construction .
- Strong working knowledge of Revit .
- Experience with Navisworks and/or Solibri .
- Understanding of BIM processes, standards and information management.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering models.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A genuine interest in improving digital processes and supporting others.
- A willingness to learn and develop within a growing international engineering environment.
The Projects You’ll work on technically demanding, multidisciplinary engineering projects, with particular exposure to the data centre and mission-critical sector .
The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, BIM professionals and project teams across multiple regions, giving you exposure to complex international projects and different delivery environments.
