We’re looking for a Brand Tech Specialist specialising in Women’s Health. If you’re passionate about health, innovation, and technology, and want to be part of a fast-growing international company, we want to hear from you!

What you will do

1) Generate growth and visibility through data-driven customer engagement

As a Brand Tech Specialist, you will create and execute engaging marketing campaigns that connect with our target audience on a deeper level and help build brand loyalty.

This includes developing messaging and content that resonates with customers and implementing tactics such as storytelling, personalisation, and experiential marketing to create meaningful and engaging brand experiences.

You should have a strong understanding of consumer psychology and be able to use data and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and activities.

2) Drive the adoption and scalability of emerging technologies and channels

You will set up and integrate campaigns and brand elements across multiple channels, leveraging technology to scale the impact of our campaigns and incorporate data-driven services into our brand and product strategies.

As a product owner, you will use data and customer feedback to continuously optimise strategies and tactics within the growth flywheel. You will leverage existing tools and identify opportunities to scale them across our portfolio and multiple markets.

3) Ensure consistent brand expression across channels

As a Brand Tech Specialist, you will develop and implement creative branding strategies across our brands and channels.





This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for brand growth and development, as well as creating and executing branding campaigns that align with our brand vision and objectives.

You should have a strong understanding of brand management principles and be able to effectively communicate the value and positioning of our brands to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating brand guidelines, while staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.

A strong sense of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent project management skills are essential for success in this role.

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a marketing or commercial role, ideally within brand management.
- Basic knowledge or experience in Web/IT is appreciated.
- Experience in Marketing, Digital or Multichannel project management is a plus.
- Experience reporting and analysing data using online tools such as CRM, ERP or BI solutions (e.g. Google Looker Studio or Power BI).
- Experience with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Calendar, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong digital and web knowledge.
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Additional experience in the life sciences or healthcare sector is a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
