As a Backend Developer, you’ll design and build tailored software integrations that connect third-party systems with SKIDATA products. You’ll solve varied technical challenges, work with integration partners and turn specific customer requirements into working solutions.

The role

You’ll take ownership of your own projects, from design and implementation through testing and documentation, while working as part of the integral GCS team. Alongside your development work, you’ll support colleagues across regions and contribute to shared coding,



architecture and engineering practices.

What you’ll work on
- Build custom integrations — design, develop, test and document backend solutions connecting third-party systems with SKIDATA products.
- Develop in C#/.NET — build reliable solutions primarily using .NET.
- Work with APIs and interfaces — develop and integrate solutions using technologies such as REST, SOAP, gRPC, RMQ and sockets.
- Support integration partners — provide integration support for public interfaces and help third-party companies connect with SKIDATA systems.
- Contribute to engineering practices — support the implementation of coding standards, architecture guidelines and reusable frameworks, and contribute to practices such as CI/CD and AI-assisted development.
- Support colleagues across regions — assist regional developers and contribute to code reviews, technical mentoring and consistent quality.
