You find the banks and fintechs that should be talking to us, get the right person into a first conversation, and hand a qualified opportunity to the AE team.
Building and prioritising target account lists across European banks and fintechs, using AI agents for research and enrichment so the list is never stale
Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for the AEs
Keeping the CRM clean and the handover sharp, so nothing is lost between first touch and first meeting
Hitting your pipeline targets: qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated for the Sales team





You'll work directly with the AEs and the founders, you'll see how a deal with a bank actually gets done, and the path from SDR to AE is short and open here. 1-3 years in outbound B2B sales or business development, or a clear record of hitting meeting targets
~ Fluent English. Spanish or another European language is a plus
~ Comfortable with data: you can read a pipeline report, see what isn't working and change it
~ Curiosity about how banks work on the inside, especially payments, disputes and fraud. Banking or fintech experience is a plus
